Area: College of Cebaas

For millennia the legend of the great City of Cebaas, with its
grandeur and perfection, has been propagated throughout the
land. The central part of the town, the College of Cebaas, was
the center of all the arts and trades, most notably magic, in
the world. According to legend, the College simply disappeared
one day. Just as mysteriously, part of the College seems to have
reappeared in the southern part of Mainland. The mystery of this 
legend is about to be revealed.
