Area: Eastern Shali Desert

The eastern expanse of the Shali Desert is home to many cultures.
A once nomadic group has settled in the north and farm to the south,
while a strange tower has been erected in the center. Word of 
a marauder encampment has quickly spread through the area, troubling
the farmers that are already trying to deal with the less then ordinary
cacti of the region.
